Whatever happenened to Rupert?

What happened to Rupert? Perhaps it was a bad slice of pizza and an absence of public toilets in Baltimore. Or maybe he was just making a mission statement.

The last time I saw Rupert, he was singing, "Liars and hypocrites and
thieves–oh my. Liars and hypocrites and thieves. "

I took his picture. And then he rambled on and on and on.

"People lie," he yelled at me in a brief moment of clarity, "whether it be to promote an agenda, survival, insurance fraud, to sell products, cause fear, create a false perception of shrewdness --WHATEVER! Some just can’t help themselves--pathological liars or neighbors--religious leaders, politicians, cab drivers--Aaaagh!" I guess it finally got to him and he simply dropped his pants and took a crap on the sidewalk.
